      • 80g frozen mixed berries​
      • 3 tbsp oats
      • 1 tbsp chia seeds
      • 1 tbsp peanut butter
      • 1 medium banana

      Optional: 1 tsp honey*


      • Add all the ingredients to a blender, add 200-300ml water (depending on your desired consistency) and blend until smooth.
      • For a sweeter taste, add 1 tsp honey and mix through before serving.

      *Vegan alternative: agave syrup​
