Senokot Max Strength Tablets Adult are effective laxatives that contain natural senna, a plant extract, which works by stimulating the muscles in the bowel. Clinically proven, this medicine is for short-term, occasional constipation and can work whilst you sleep to help to get your body back in balance. This product is available to buy from the shelf in packs of 10 or alternatively, available in 24s and 48s at the pharmacy.

For oral use only
Adults aged over 18 years: 1 tablet taken at night
Should not be used by children under 18 years of age

Senokot Max Strength Tablets are double the strength of Senokot Tablets. New users should start with the lowest dose and increase it to the maximum dose, if necessary.

Duration of use:

Not to be used for more than 1 week, usually sufficient to take up to 2-3 times during that week
