Water gets your bowels moving! Water is vital because your body needs fluids for many everyday tasks such as transporting substances to cool your body– in short: to enable your body to function. Having a drink bottle at your desk or by your bed is a great way to increase the amount of water you get each day.

  • We lose approx. 2.5l of water per day.
  • At 75%, new-born babies have the highest percentage of water in their bodies.
  • Mineral and tap water are best for quenching your thirst.
  • Adults should drink at least 1.5l of water a day.
  • We only feel the sensation of being thirsty once we're already dehydrated – so we should drink constantly throughout the day before the thirst hits.
